From 22-25th September 2025, researchers met at Lancaster University for the first DASS Workshop.
The event provided an opportunity for the statistical anomaly detection community to come together and share their latest research, discuss ongoing projects and explore new opportunities. Speakers included Yao Xie (ISyE), George Michailidis (UCLA), Christopher Leckie (U. Melbourne) and Ines Willms (Maastricht), with topics ranging from challenges in online and high-dimensional settings, to detecting changes on networks, and monitoring MLOps at scale.
From inspiring talks to vibrant discussions during coffee breaks, it was amazing to hear about the latest work that’s being developed and to see new collaborations emerging.
